Here's a caricature of Hank, Bruce, Licorice, and Brian from 1963! The artist is unknown - the mark near Brian's left leg is a signature but it's impossible to read at this quality. It was probably originally in colour but I took this image from a magazine ad:
Here's the ad from Pop Weekly from the 16th of March 1963; as you can see you could also get portraits of Cliff Richard, Elvis, Adam Faith and Joe Brown...
I wonder if anyone actually ordered one! Any ideas as to who painted these?
