The Shadows on TV: 1974-1989

Compiled by me using IMDb, TVBrain, the ShadowMusic forum, The Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision, BBC Genome Project, YouTube, and various newspaper and magazine articles. I have very little info about some about the earlier TV appearances in this list.

You are welcome to use this but it took a while to put together, so some credit would be nice! Any additions or corrections will be appreciated as well.

This list is only for The Shadows as a group - I'm making a separate list of TV appearances for Hank Marvin on his own (either representing The Shadows, or as a solo artist).

All performances are mimed unless otherwise indicated.

Abbreviations of Shadows members and session musicians:

AJ = Alan Jones

AH = Alan Hawkshaw

BB = Brian Bennett

BW = Bruce Welch

CH = Cliff Hall

DL = Dave Lawson

GA = Geoff Atherton

GF = George Ford

HM = Hank Marvin

JF = John Farrar

MG = Mark Griffiths

MF = Mo Foster
