| 1984 - I have two copies of this one, one British and one Australian - they are identical apart from the back cover - the Aussie version has an ad for Guardian Angel instead of the more generic Polydor ad. |

| 1986 - this one is a larger size and is too big to scan properly, so the edges of some of the pages are cut off. This programme also has the double page photo of Hank with his guitar collection. |
